Please phone +44(0)208-759-611, take option 2 and ask for Annie Watson or Vanessa Wicks. Explain what you want to do and they will put you through to reservations after briefing them. If the last minute special price rooms of £99 (£65 for Friday and Saturday night) per room per night including breakfast are no longer available we suggest you book a room without breakfast as there is a nearby eating place where you can get a good breakfast for £3.99 and an excellent lunch & dinner for £5.99. You will not have to pay for the hotel until you arrive and can cancel up to 1pm on the day of arrival. Park Inn is also the official hotel for directors, contestants and their family & friends – please see the above instructions for booking rooms at the hotel.
If you cannot get a good price at Park Inn you could try the Premier Inn in Bath Road which is only 2 miles away. Go to www.premierinn.co.uk, enter London Heathrow in the Search box and select Heathrow Airport (Bath Road). Change Arrival date and Nights to your requirement and change Room1 to 2 Adults and 2 Children which will select the Family Type and click on Search. The extra beds are officially for children under 16. When we tried this on 29th October for 3 nights from 13th November for 2 Adults and 2 Children this came to £160 Prepay or £214 Flexible. The latter is not paid until you arrive and can be cancelled up to 1pm on the arrival day. That’s £53.33 or £71.30 a night for the whole room.
